We have a T + 3 working day payment settlement cycle. For example if you received a payment on Monday your payment will be settled to your account registered with us on Thursday.
Working days are Monday to Friday except public holidays and bank holidays in India.
The Status of the payment is changed to paid in our console to paid once the payment has been transferred from our account. Bank might need some additional time to credit it into your account. If you still have not received the payment after 48Hrs of the status being marked as Paid contact your bank with the transaction reference number from your account console
No, Currently there are no discounted platform fees applicable for Merchant Payment System.
